I utilize proven research and evidence-based treatment approaches to help you create the changes you wish to see. I provide a warm, safe, non-judgemental space for you to begin your journey towards healing. My office provides you with a private, comfortable living room setting where we can speak opening while drinking a cold or warm beverage.

More Info About My Practice

My practice is here to serve you. Often clients may be able to schedule their first counseling session (also known as the "Intake") within 1-3 days. I work to accommodate your busy life by asking you what days and times are best for us to meet. When you reach out to inquire about a consultation or book your first appointment, you will be able to speak directly with me. There's no middleman!

I also strive to streamline the process, making it easier for you get the help you need. I have a paperless intake form which you can access through my secure online client portal. This allows you to share your concerns more naturally and with ease.

My office is conveniently located directly across from the Columbia Mall. This location provides two different entrances, handicap bathrooms, elevator, and free parking.
