My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling lost, alone, confused, afraid of yourself or parts of yourself, or feeling like there must be something wrong with you? I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, burn-out, co-dependency, or are grappling to find joy and meaning in their life or work. My passion is helping individuals change painful patterns, develop skills to help them cope more confidently with their emotions and life, increase their self-awareness, and reconnect to themselves more deeply.
I have a speciality in mindfulness and meditation practices. As a yoga teacher of six years, I bring a mindful approach to therapy, instilling presence into each session to help my clients feel safe when tending to their inner wounds. I work from a holistic and somatic lens, helping you to understand your body to unlock core wounds, wisdom, and self-love.
In therapy, my hope is to help you tap back into your authentic worthiness that is hiding behind your subconscious programing, fears, and trauma.
