My Approach to Helping
The anxiety therapist works with clients from diverse walks of ethnic life and others with lived experiences. All are welcome here to “explore” and expand your options. I commend you for seeking help. Being the anxiety therapist, I work with clients to “Clean out” and “Reinstall” using various methods suitable to each person’s individual experiences and assessed needs. Clients can expect the anxiety therapist to work with clients that have experienced domestically stressful situations and beyond. Focal areas are interpersonal issues, love and family issues, self-esteem challenges, depression, life transitions, occupational stressors, trauma, trauma bonding, “stuck” thoughts, and many other topics that become prevalent in the revision process. Methods are selected based on individual needs, with the following modalities as options: EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy), cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and reality therapy.
In this non-judgmental, private space individuals can expect to have the opportunity to be the GPS. Ultimately, individuals provide the location, attack the target, and provide the vessel for getting “across” to that THING that’s on the other side of underlying worries and fears, with the therapist navigating alongside them. Individuals are guided based on their pace. Individuals are expected to be drivers and leaders in their therapeutic processes. Welcome in! Let’s buckle our seatbelts and check the rearview mirror.
I look forward to meeting you. Come on Vamos!
