My Approach to Helping

*I currently have a waitlist*

I believe that creating a safe and supportive space for my clients, where they feel valued and understood, is the most important thing I do as a therapist. I work with adults of all ages, as an ally and confidant, to help them find their own path to healing and peace. My approach to therapy is to use interventions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs and challenges. My ultimate goal with clients is to give them the coping skills they need to better handle challenges and problems on their own.

I work with adults who are experiencing women's issues, anxiety, medical anxiety, health anxiety, panic, chronic illness, sleep problems, intrusive thoughts, relationship difficulties, and career uncertainty.
