My Approach to Helping

I want clients to feel valued and understood and to have the tools they need to face life's challenges. I use evidence-based interventions that are proven to work and let the client drive sessions to customize treatment to each individual’s needs.

I work well with clients who are experiencing anxiety, panic, andor obsessive compulsive behaviors, and women's issues. I also have experience working with clients who are experiencing chronic illness and chronic pain.
