My Approach to Helping

Working in Toronto’s leading wellness clinics and globally with Doctors Without Borders, I have helped clients with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relational conflict, stress, grief, identity and trauma. Strongly advocating the individual’s ability to make powerful changes in their own life, I believe my role is to provide guidance when situations can feel overwhelming or unmanageable. My aim is to assist you in identifying self-limiting patterns, strengths, and goals to promote well-being. Through collaboration with clients, my approach combines in-depth discussion, skill development, and active application of positive behaviours. Understanding the role of our societal positions and circumstances, I offer a culturally sensitive lens to meet the needs of clients Fostering resiliency, eliminating self-limiting patterns, and building healthy habits using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness are foundations of my approach.
