Specifically, we will: - Explore the patterns of the insecurely attached individual and learn the subconscious reasons behind your attachment style - Identify core wounds and learn tools to re-program pathways in your subconscious mind - Learn how to breakthrough limiting beliefs and painful behaviors - Understand and communicate your personality and tertiary needs - Master boundary setting, emotional regulation to self-soothe and healthy behavioral coping mechanisms.
