My Approach to Helping
Any relationship challenge or personal obstacle can be overcome with great effort, strength, desire, and guidance.
You should never feel ashamed for seeking therapy. Life can throw curveballs that may require assistance in handling such as finances, career change, fear, loss and grief, family adjustments, concerns with intimacy, communication, and much more. My role is to ensure your comfort in therapy through listening, support, and collaboration as we embark on a journey of recovery and healing.
We are all different and our perspectives are important and valid. By using an evidenced-based approach with Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will uncover an integrative approach in which you feel comfortable addressing any undesired behavior, thought patterns, and actions that may be hindering your progression through life. In therapy, we will make an individualized growth plan to tackle your concerns through mediation and reconciliation.
I work primarily with couples and individuals who encounter concerns with communication, emotional distress, and difficulties with relationship trauma, infidelity, infertility, connection, and growth. Let us work together in mending your relationships and growing towards healing.
