I am passionate about helping diverse populations such as teens, college students, adults, and families improve their lives, and regain control over depression, anxiety, and emotional distress. I believe therapy is for anyone seeking healing and growth, and especially for those committed and motivated to do the work in order to start witnessing a change in themselves.
My goal is to guide you to develop a deeper understanding on how core beliefs and emotions can be impactful to quality of life and relationship. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental empowering space for you to explore and process your unique struggles. My therapeutic style emphasizes genuine interactions, lighthearted humor, compassion, and collaboration.
