My Approach to Helping
Hi, my name is David, and I am a Licensed therapist (LPCC) in Minnesota. Times can be tough in today’s world. Do you feel like it is time to take control of your life again? I work to create a safe a peaceful place for you to explore and learn about yourself and become the person you want to be. I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, life stress and traumas of all kinds.
I utilize a client centered approach to work with you and focus on your goals that you want to achieve. It becomes easy to get lost in everything that is around us so that we may forget to look inwards and overcome the old lessons we learned that have served us in the past. Together, we can focus on finding the right tools and strengths to help you feel confident, grounded, ready to take control of your life.
