I believe that people have the resources inside of them to heal but often we just don't know that and it takes someone else to help us find that. I have a very straight-forward, direct, approach and I'm very active with my clients in sessions. Having been in practice for over thirty years I have a wide variety of approaches to situations. My career-long work with trauma victims has left me with a deep understanding of what that is like. I particularly enjoy working with couples. A significant portion of my career has been spent working with children and families. However, I firmly believe responsibility, structure and accountability are vital to raising a healthy child and so the parents need to be on board with that. I also employ hypnotherapy and equine assisted techniques in my practice. I also do televideo therapy. I really look forward to working with you and seeing how we can enhance your life.

I accept almost all insurances as well as personal payments. I offer evening appointment times and try hard to work with your schedule.
