My Approach to Helping

It's ok to not feel ok and however long it takes to heal is ok. You came to the right person to start healing. My practice provides a safe place for you to step into your true and authentic thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I encourage clients to become authentic in our sessions due to the words of wisdom from the pioneering psychoanalyst Carl Jung, "One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious." I work best with those individuals (male and female) who are committed to the therapeutic process and want to start going in-depth with emotions, past events, attachment injuries, and traumatic events to stop the internal chaos and and begin to experience inner-liberation and healing from mental wounds.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

1. Trauma (I'm an EMDR practitioner)
2. Men's issues
3. Difficulty with emotions
4. Attachment-related issues (including co-dependency)
5. Addictions
6. Adoption-related issues
7. Identity confusion or exploration
8. AnxietyDepression
9. Issue with self-esteem
10. Females who are at a stage of readiness to work with a male therapist to begin working on learning and developing a healthy relationship with men.
11. Feelings of Loss of Soul, deep emptiness, or lack of purpose and meaning
