My Approach to Helping

Welcome! If you identify as sensitive or are feeling exceptionally lost in today's world - let's help you locate some calm and clarity! I'm a therapist who values curiosity, creativity and using the therapeutic relationship to safely explore emotional challenges and feelings of stuckness. I believe that the heavy symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma often stem from early relational experiences and that we can easily begin to feel alone and disconnected. Through therapy, inner conflicts and limiting beliefs can be explored and unraveled leading to a greater sense of harmony and empowerment.

I use a relational and emotion-focused approach, incorporating somatic practice, psychodynamic exploration and cognitive toolspractices to help you better understand yourself so that you can feel more authentic and empowered. I also integrate Internal Family Systems and Process-Experiential EFT!
