My Approach to Helping

Therapy can be a space for personal development and healing. Each one of us has our own unique history and growth process. My goal is to support your overall mental, emotional, and relational health. I work with a broad range of life experiences including anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with the following experiences: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD); an intrusive and loud inner critical voice; and trauma induced dissociation, disembodiment, panic, and fear. Together, we move forward into a space of growth, development, and healing.

Here are some of the tools I use to help: Somatic Therapy provides different ways to process feelings in our bodies. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy cultivates a heightened awareness of thoughts and feelings, allowing us to identify and engage with them. Behavioral Therapy helps reshape unhealthy behavior patterns connected to thoughts and feelings.

I believe that the client-therapist connection is the most important aspect of therapy. It is vital that you feel safe, seen, and supported. Our sessions together focus on your goals and needs, in an environment centered in compassion, non-judgment, and deep listening. Please reach out if you have any questions.

More Info About My Practice

My sessions are all online currently. While I am not paneled with any insurance at this time, I do offer a sliding payment scale. Please contact me with any questions or if you need a reduced fee to access care. I endeavor not to make cost a barrier to access, and am flexible with my fee. I look forward to meeting with you.
