My Approach to Helping
I feel honored to have the opportunity to provide mental health care services to people in need. I view most mental health concerns through trauma and attachment-informed lens. I integrate various psychotherapeutic models based on the unique needs of each individual. I am passionate about working with adults who have survived adverse childhood experiences. Some of the other areas of my experience also include working with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and couples’ concerns.
Safety and compassion are so important when we begin this work together. I believe every person deserves unconditional positive regard, and it is essential to remember that our experiences may affect us but do not define us. I believe that we can heal the parts of ourselves who are still wounded and in need, and through this process, we can discover just how resilient, capable, and courageous we are.
Change can be scary, and it can take courage to reach out. Cultivating courage is part of the process. I believe that you are worthy of finding the healing you have been hoping for, and I am dedicated to the process of helping you reach your goals.
