Each is led by an experienced licensed clinician, selected by PSYCHe’s Owner and Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist™, Stephanie Vaughn, PsyD and or RO-DBT intensively trained clinician, Sally Roesch, LPC-MHSP. Covers skills to increase mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Also covers skills to assist with issues related to over-controlled temperaments.
