I am passionate about providing individual therapy to adult women and men. I invite you to a safe, nonjudgmental place where we slow things down and begin listening to what your mind, heart, and body are communicating - to what has been asking for attunement with care. As a trauma-informed therapist, I guide you through your personal narrative to uncover your hearts pain, heal from inner wounds you carry, and find lasting freedom. My approach is warm and down-to-earth. I am passionate about providing unconditional positive regard, genuineness, and empathy in a sacred space for you to come just as you are. I will hold your story with dignity and compassion. I will sit with you in the painful stuff and walk alongside you on your healing journey. I also lead womens therapy groups designed for sharing, reflection, and connection. In these groups, women process past experiences, gain insight into patterns that shape their lives, and find encouragement and a sense of belonging through listening and support from others on a similar path. I developed a three-day trauma intensive combining EMDR therapy with a spiritually grounded approach. This evidence-based method addresses the emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual impacts of trauma, helping clients reprocess distressing memories and experience deep restoration, clarity, and lasting transformation. Whether through individual sessions, groups, or trauma intensives, taking the first step in therapy can feel uncertain, yet its also an opportunity for meaningful growth. My goal is to support your growth, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.
