What's My Approach to Therapy?
Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, past trauma, or relationship challenges weigh heavily. Sometimes it’s hard to make sense of your emotions or break patterns that keep you stuck. Many people come to therapy hoping to feel more grounded, understand themselves better, and move forward with confidence, balance, and a greater sense of freedom.
In individual therapy, I offer a supportive, compassionate space to explore your experiences and emotions. Using evidence-based approaches with a holistic perspective, I will help you process challenges, uncover what lies beneath your heart's pain, heal from your inner wounds, finding hope and wholeness along the way.
I also lead women’s therapy groups designed for sharing, reflection, and connection. In these groups, women process past experiences, gain insight into patterns shaping their lives, and find encouragement and belonging through listening and support from others on a similar path.
I developed a three-day trauma intensive combining EMDR therapy with a spiritually grounded approach. This evidence-based method addresses the emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual impacts of trauma, helping clients reprocess distressing memories and experience deep restoration, clarity, and lasting transformation.
Whether through individual sessions, groups, or trauma intensives, taking the first step in therapy can feel uncertain, yet it’s also an opportunity for meaningful growth. My goal is to support your growth, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. I walk alongside you with compassion and collaboration, helping you uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
