We all are longing for connection. Relationships are difficult to keep alive and fresh over time. Communication is the main gateway to feelings of belonging, intimacy, and understanding. Often messages sent in form of facial expressions, verbal manner, and actions are difficult to decode. Relationships suffer as a result of feeling misunderstood, of not using these human expressions to tell others how we truly feel. Fear and worry contribute to behavior that leads to pain and dissatisfaction. I believe in your ability to find better ways of connecting with help of therapy. Change is possible. I am providing a safe environment to navigate your path on a journey to find your own way of happiness. I will listen, inspire, and support. The past eight years I had the opportunity to work in very different and unique therapeutic settings. My expertise is in couples work, adult individuals, and families. My clients come with various concerns such as relationship issues, anxiety and depression, addictions, eating disorders, grief, and family of origin difficulties, but not limited to these only. My empathy for the individuals I am helping, and my passion for this type of work guide me always.
