My Approach to Helping
I offer a gentle approach to therapy where you can feel emotionally safe discussing your concerns. I know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help and am very thoughtful in my approach, making sure that you feel heard and understood. I specialize in working with people who have experienced upsetting events and need help moving forward. Unsettling events can unknowingly cause us to form negative beliefs about ourselves. I can help you resolve these negative beliefs to begin to see yourself for who you are, be more aware of your needs, and therefore help you achieve what is important to you.
