My name is Monique Connor and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I take a supportive and nonjudgmental approach toward providing therapy services. I utilize a strengths-based perspective because you do have value, despite life experiences out of your control that has impacted you mentally. I am always growing as a professional and willing to learn. I have a relaxed, but professional approach to therapy. I am very much my authentic self and have realized throughout the years that has been something clients have respected. I enjoy implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strengths-based, as well as person-centered therapy.
