What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am an experienced mental health therapist whose goal is to empower my clients to cope with mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress (PTSD), so they can get their lives back on track.
My ideal clients are those who find it difficult to live peacefully on a daily basis. I have been practicing mental health for the past four years. I offer in-person, as well as virtual, appointments. I use an eclectic approach that focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. I address issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, suicide, grief and losses, substance use, and multicultural issues.
