We support clients in finding solutions that work for their lives in a compassionate, relaxed environment. We practice through the lens of Holistic Mental Health and can help you address diet, movement and sleep changes that can improve your mental health symptoms. Whether you have been in therapy before or this is your first time, I look forward to assisting you in making things work better for you.
We have multiple clinicians who work with adolescents, young adults and others in life transitions. We have helped those with depression and anxiety. We are also trained in trauma processing therapies and have assisted clients with integrating trauma memories to improve their lives and reduce worry and sad feelings.
