My Approach to Helping
I like an interactive, engaged approach that is intensely personal as I work to help my clients, whether they be individuals or relationships, by combining the most relevant aspects of Cognitive Behavioral and Psycho-dynamic Psychotherapies for their particular issues. Basically, I'm an integrative psychotherapist, using techniques from any therapeutic orientation that I think will be helpful for the particular personpeople in my office.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
What I really enjoy about being a therapist is that each client presents a personal world that is like no other. I have yet to be bored and can learn from each experience. Another aspect I really like is the intimacy that can develop in a therapy relationship. I feel privileged to be allowed to share another person's thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Perhaps most importantly, I like trying to help my clients find what works for them.
