What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am passionate and genuine about assisting my clients in defining their inner truth. I utilize a holistic, blended approach to working with clients. I have nine years of experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns. I place an emphasis on building safe, trusting relationships with whomever I have the pleasure of working with. I believe that as humans, we have innate healing capacities and inner resources that are always present within us. As your therapy provider, we can work collaboratively to assist you in accessing your inner resources and higher core self. I have experience working with individuals with posttraumatic stress (PTSD), bipolar condition, depression, anxiety, and attachment disruptions. The therapeutic modalities I integrate are mindfulness meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and internal family systems. I am aware of the vulnerability that comes along with initiating therapy. The first step can be the most challenging. I am here to support you in your life journey, and believe that with a consistent, dedicated approach, we can work together to find ways for you to live life more peacefully.
