What's My Approach to Therapy?

I believe that people are more than the sum of things that have happened to them, and the core of my practice centers on partnering with clients to assist them with building healthy resiliency and growing through life’s challenges. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no pressure. Your background, beliefs, and experiences are welcomed here and honored as part of the work we do together.

I work from a holistic and culturally aware perspective, supporting adults navigating challenges like ADHD, trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, major life transitions, women's issues, men's issues, and relationship difficulties. Whether you're struggling with low self-esteem, setting boundaries, managing worklife stress, or just want to feel more confident and grounded in your daily life, I’m here to help.

If you’re wondering whether therapy with me could be a good fit, let’s have a conversation. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.

My Practice & Services

Prior to counseling, I have gained experience in the helping field working in a variety of settings with children, college students, women, men, homeless individuals, homeless veterans, and low-income seniors. For me, becoming a therapist was the next step in working with individuals on a more personal level to collaborate on specific challenges they are facing and assisting them to move towards the change they desire in their life.
