My approach to healing is integrative, affirming, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from modalities such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and internal family systems (IFS) to support deep, sustainable change. I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, from trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles to identity exploration. My practice is sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and knowledgeable in kink and polyamory dynamics, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. Whether we're unpacking past wounds, building emotional resilience, or improving intimacy, I tailor our work to meet you where you are with compassion, clinical insight, and respect for your unique path.

I have immediate availability for couples and individuals, both in-person and telehealth.

Psychotherapy should be transformative. If there is something about your life, or your experience, that you are wanting to change, we can do that work together and this is how. Transformation can occur with gained insight, with targeted change strategies, or both. For insight building work, I use interventions such as Internal Family Systems (IFS). For targeted change, I use DBT and EMDR. Our work together will start with assessing what is happening, how it impacts you, and how you would like to see things changed. Then we will collaborate to create a treatment that will drive and support that change.
