Many people feel ambivalence about making changes in their lives, whether it's about a relationship, managing anxiety, or getting fit. Feeling lost, tired all the time, or ready to give up is not pleasant.
Therapy is a powerful tool for navigating emotions and sorting out confusion. It’s a means of figuring out what you want in life and then taking steps to create that experience. With a therapeutic relationship, you get support, guidance, and eventual clarity instead of confusion. Sometimes you need someone in your corner, it’s my privilege to join you in your journey.
Along with traditional therapy and sport performance therapy, cutting edge therapy that involves movement practices is available. In addition to being a psychologist, I am certified to offer personal fitness training and I am a certified yoga teacher. Especially for those struggling with anxiety, trauma, mood, and body issues, this type of therapy can be very effective.
