My Approach to Helping
We all struggle from time to time. Whether you are struggling with short-term stresses or long term issues like depression or anxiety, taking the step to ask for help is huge. I would be honored to join you on your journey to wellness and feeling better. I have worked in the mental health field for years helping people who are dealing with some of the most difficult times in their lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work mainly with clients who struggle with depression and anxiety, but have experience working with people who have a variety of difficulties. I primarily work using a cognitive behavioral modality and have been trained as an art therapist.
