My Approach to Helping

Life is stressful for most of us. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed with excessive worry, anxiety, depression, concerns about our family relationships, our aging parents, our spouses, and our children. Some of us have relationship problems at work. Many of us have low self-esteem or feel insecure. Many of us wish that our relationships were more gratifying. When meeting with an experienced, non-judgmental therapist, we can begin to examine our unique concerns and find solutions.
