I believe that positive change is possible for anyone. I believe that the process of achieving wellness is a journey, and I dedicate myself to helping others on their paths. I use a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy, working collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals. My holistic approach embraces each area of wellness: body, spirit, and mind.
Finding balance can make it possible to face life's challenges, and I believe that therapy can restore hope. In my nine years working with families and individuals, I've witnessed incredible resilience and hope. I agree that, "Once you choose hope, anything is possible."
I'm excited to offer a novel approach to relieving stress. I use biofeedback technology in conjunction with counseling to help clients control their physical reactions to stress. In a short period of time, clients can see measurable changes in their reactions to stress.
