My Approach to Helping

I take an integrative, psychodynamically-informed approach to therapy. This means I help you illuminate unconscious patterns stemming from past wounds so you can heal and actualize your full potential. I create a judgment-free space to explore your inner world and make sense of behaviors, thoughts, and feelings.

My orientation emphasizes the importance of our relationship as central to growth. Through our work together, you can internalize new ways of relating to yourself and others. I blend insight-oriented talk therapy with experiential methods to meet your needs.

My goal is to help you rewrite old stories that limit you. I tune into symbols and defenses that point to what your psyche is ready to unpack. With care and skill, I guide you to grieve losses, cultivate self-compassion, set healthy boundaries, and embrace your true self. If you're ready to do the inner work, I'm here to support your journey.
