My Approach to Helping

Are you unhappy with the path you are on? Are you feeling disconnected from the people in your life? Do you want to build, strengthen, or repair your relationships? Are you struggling with issues such as trust, intimacy, infidelity, or jealousy? Often in life we know we are dissatisfied, but are perhaps not sure why, and are even less certain about what to do to change it. This impacts our functioning, self-esteem, and ability to deal with life's challenges.

My therapeutic approach is relaxed, conversational, and collaborative, and I believe there is a place for humor in our work together. My stance is one of openness and acceptance, with respect for you and your experiences, and a belief in your ability and desire to grow and change.

More Info About My Practice

I work with individuals adults. My fee for individual therapy is $125 for a 53 minute session, and I bill most insurance plans directly. Using your out-of-network insurance benefits is also an option.

I am in my Seattle office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I prefer to receive inquiries via email.
