My Approach to Helping
You are not alone! Feeling alone is part of the pain. Being able to seek support and let yourself be supported is the key to change. When you talk about a problem, you share it, and you have the opportunity to change. In therapy, the path is yours. I utilize an individualized therapeutic approach unique to each individual’s needs. I want clients to improve their quality of life by finding meaning, purpose, confidence, self-esteem, improved interpersonal relationships, and hope. I work with male and female adults. I am uniquely situated to work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, other medical doctors, etc., for your benefit. My treatment philosophy is to listen and understand how each individual feels and offer a collaborative approach to treatment. I practice from a home base, which provides a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to experience your counseling session.
