My Approach to Helping
We often tend to compare ourselves to what see on social media to the point we believe that everyone else has it figured out. I'll be the first to let you know that you are NOT the only one that struggles with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, or relationship issues. With that being said, I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for while enjoying the process as much as possible and experiencing yourself in new ways. Simply put, I don’t believe therapy is a negative thing.
