My Approach to Helping

Are you neurodivergent? So am I. I'm an AuDHD (autistic & ADHD) therapist with experience in supporting neurodivergent, racialized, and trauma-impacted communities. The people I've worked with often struggle with their neurodivergent traits, are second generation immigrants trying to navigate two different cultures at once, are racialized individuals looking for a safe space, andor have been impacted by trauma in some way. I've helped folks work towards growing and healing from the mental health struggles that come with these experiences. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs. Some folks work best in an unstructured environment that allows them to tap into their inner strengths. Others thrive when they're provided with specific tools and strategies. And some like a blend of both. We'll discover what the best fit is for you so you can get the most out of therapy.

If you're curious to know more or think we may work well together, feel free to let me know if you'd like a free consultation. Whether or not you think we're a good fit, I'm also more than happy to help you with your search to find the best therapist for you. Let me know and I can email resources and tips for finding the right practitioner.
