I have been a counselor for 18 years. I specialize in trauma and PTSD. I am EMDR trained (I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and EMDRIA Certified). I have extensive training and experience in DBT and Mindfulness based therapies. I've treated various circumstances including life transitions, trauma/PTSD, depression, grief & loss, multicultural concerns, spirituality and existential concerns, & personality disorders. I have experience with issues related to donor-assisted reproduction/donor conception and donor families. i provide a safe and supportive environment, collaborating with you to reach customized goals to help you reclaim your personal power to be well and live well.
