My Approach to Therapy

Do you ever feel like something is missing? Do you feel lost, disconnected, or unsure what your life is truly about? Many people function day to day on the outside while struggling on the inside with anxiety, depression, loneliness, burnout, or a sense that something important is missing. Today, more people come into therapy with feelings of emptiness, questioning whether life has any meaning, and wondering what truly makes life worth living. I offer meaning-centered therapy and existential analysis in Tempe and online across Arizona helping clients work through challenges while building a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My approach integrates Logotherapy, existential analysis, and somatic awareness with practical skills and deeper self-exploration to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your unique potentials, and create a life worth living. In therapy, we slow things down, explore what's going on beneath the surface, and work toward meaningful change. If you're ready to move beyond surviving and begin thriving, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. I am deeply passionate about the thought of both therapy and philosophy. I welcome exploring fundamental questions about human nature, the meaning and purpose of human life, what we ought to do or strive for, and what we may hope to achieve or become.
