I found my recovery in 2007, after feeling pretty hopeless that things couldn't change. A family friend introduced me to therapy and got me into an intensive program that changed my life. I told them that's what I wanted to do, and thankfully it's exactly what I do now and more. I'm a creative, I explore the world and my creative experience looking for ways to find newness, compassion and expansion. I've worked with executives, teachers, dissociative teens and find that clients who have looked elsewhere and then found my practice, understand it. Come check it out.
