My Approach to Helping
I work with people across California with chronic illness, neurodivergence, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of my clients identify as spoonies. A spoonie is someone who experiences chronic illness. Most of my client’s are womxn and non-binary folks experiencing life stressors such as career, relationships, or family dynamics while also managing pain, trauma, and feelings of anxiety, disconnection, or loneliness.
In session, I focus on building positive relationships. We will go on a journey of understanding your nervous system and how it has responded in times of danger and safety. Together, we work to build pathways forward, to heal and nurture your nervous system into a state of wellness and connectedness.
Areas of Focus Include : Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness, Adult Children of Alcoholics, Substance Use and Recovery, LGBTQIA Affirming.
Reach out to schedule time for a free consultation. We will discuss questions you have, talk through goals, and walk through the process of what therapy could look like for you. Therapy is an investment in self. It starts here and will support positive changes to come. I have availability for new clients and would love to discuss working together.
