My Approach to Helping
I approach therapy with gentleness and compassion. We will work together to prioritize your goals and find new ways of approaching thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use an inquisitive and narrative approach, building positive and empowering ideas about self. Clients will gain skills to support non-judgmental and empowering thoughts about their lives.
I work with folks in creative fields and career professionals. I like working to support people with stressors that come up when we are figuring out how to settle into long-term relationships, new career identities, and building a healthy life. If you experience stress, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, or are looking to use therapy as a regular part of self-care we may be a good fit.
Areas of Focus Include : Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness, Adult Children of Alcoholics, Substance Use and Recovery, LGBTQIA Affirming.
