CBT helps us to see how our thought patterns influence how we feel, and how we act in the world. Our thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and our body are so connected - each one re-inforces the other, making it very easy to get caught in a downward spiral. On the flipside, our thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and our body can also re-inforce each other in a positive way, so that we can send these same patterns on an upward spiral. I have always been curious about the process of creating positive change and transformation, and in helping clients to connect with meaning and purpose in their lives
