Life has difficulties and challenges. Pain and suffering are an inevitable part of human existence. We can not run from it. We cannot hide from it. But we can learn to live with it, to rise above it, to transform it, and to find meaning in it. Wellness and human flourishing can exist in the presence of pain and suffering. Working from a meaningful perspective, I believe that when people see their own unique value they are better equipped to overcome life’s challenges and start living life more fully.
With extensive experience working with mental health and addictions, I am passionate about helping people be the best versions of themselves.
