My clients often develop the skills to connect, thrive, and increase their health and general wellbeing. I have provided mental health care to wonderful people for more than 25 years. It is an honor to help individuals improve their relationships, reduce or eliminate symptoms of anxiety and depression, regain optimal functioning, and take a holistic approach to better health. I work with couples, families, and individuals of all ages, genders, races, sexualities, and religious backgrounds. I use empirically-supported modalities, neuroscience, and mindfulness techniques to help people build resilience.
