** Saturday Appointments Available** My focus is on treating anxiety, depression and addiction as well as symptoms related to trauma through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy counseling and self-calming skills through Heart Rate Variability training. My goal is to help build a safe therapeutic environment in which you can allow yourself to let down your guard and really talk about where the issues are and how to move past them.
