I want you to know—you don’t have to do this alone. I’m Lovette Okoh, DNP, PMHNP, and I help people just like you find relief, clarity, and a sense of balance again. My approach isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

From there, I’ll guide you through a thoughtful plan that may include therapy, coping strategies, and, if appropriate, medication management. My goal is to help you not only manage symptoms, but also reclaim the parts of yourself that feel lost in the struggle.
