My Approach to Helping
I offer a warm and nurturing environment to support you in moving forward. My training is in Somatic therapy, which is a body-oriented therapy that focuses attention on bodily sensations through breath, movement, and mindfulness practices. My approach includes talking as well as somatic and experiential techniques to create a safe space for your process to unfold.
I honor your story and willingness to share and as your experience is held and witnessed with deep attunement, you will naturally gain greater access to your inner knowing. I offer support and guidance for you to develop a comfort and a relationship with this inner knowing so that you can access more vitality and joy in your daily life and allow yourself to be moved by what matters most.
