My Approach to Helping
Arianne Eichas is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families within the Department of Human Services, intensive in-home therapy, and residential facilities. Additionally, as a Master Level Clinician, Arianne has provided individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. Arianne completed both her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Services and her Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help treat individuals and meet their specific needs and interests. Arianne understands the complexities of mental health and utilizes a person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused approach to help individuals reach their maximum potential. Arianne seeks to establish a trusting relationship with each individual and to provide you with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to achieve your goals and to help with your overall mental health care.
