My Approach to Helping
I aspire to help clients overcome challenges and to find purpose. I believe therapeutic techniques like logo therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solutions focused therapy can help clients to reach their goals. I have experience working with a variety of issues, including trauma, relationship building, and mood issues including depression and anxiety.
