I help people learn how to self-generate positive emotions, based on their strengths, not only to increase life enjoyment but also to improve their ability to bounce back from stress.
Research has found that 50% of our happiness comes from genetics, 10% comes from life circumstances and 40% comes from intentional activity. Research findings have also shown that experiencing positive emotions helps increase creativity and problems solving.
I collaborate with people on creating a personalized plan built on the foundation of their individual strengths. Upon the foundation, intentional activities are identified and exercised.
