My Approach to Helping
I have a passion for working with individuals experiencing life stressors, including finding meaning and purpose in life, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenthood, and the ending of a relationship. I believe we all have a reasonstory for how we arrived to where we are in life. The narratives we tell ourselves shape our identities. My approach is to help you gain control of your life, recognize the strength in your story and help you envision a new future.
What most couples don't realize is that research shows that the majority of fights within a relationship have no solution- they are perpetual problems. This means that most couples keep fighting over the same things. My work with relationships allows a couple to improve communication, learn how to "fight fair," and also understand your partner's emotions.
