My Approach to Helping

I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and deeply respected — not rushed, judged, or "fixed."
In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with all the complexity, courage, and vulnerability that takes.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I honor the wisdom you already carry, while offering tools, support, and perspective to help you move toward the life and relationships you want.
Whether we are navigating trauma, relationship struggles, identity exploration, or just the hard, messy work of being human, I will walk alongside you, not ahead of you or above you.

I draw from a blend of evidence-based practices (solution-focused therapy, DBT, EMDR, IFS) and systemic, relational perspectives. At the core, my work is about helping you reconnect to your own power, self-trust, and capacity for change.

Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone. My job is to offer you care that is radical, real, and rooted in your truth.

My Role as a Therapist

As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you, not to direct, fix, or judge your path, but to support and empower you as you move through it.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative, affirming space where your experiences are honored and your goals lead the way.

I show up with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to creating safety.
Together, we explore the patterns, wounds, hopes, and strengths that shape your life, working at a pace that feels respectful and empowering for you.

My job isn?t to tell you who you are, it?s to help you hear your own voice more clearly.
Whether you are navigating trauma, building healthier relationships, or rediscovering your sense of self, I am here to offer skills, insight, and a steady, supportive presence.

Therapy with me is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing is not only possible, but your birthright.

Groups I Work With

I specialize in working with individuals and relationships within the LGBTQIA+ community, including those exploring or living non-traditional relationship structures such as polyamory, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and relationship anarchy.

    I am passionate about supporting:

    Queer, trans, and gender-expansive individuals

Survivors of complex trauma and relational abuse

Adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions

Couples and partnerships facing communication struggles, trust issues, or exploring alternative relationship models

Therapists, healers, and caregivers experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, or secondary trauma

My work is particularly focused on creating affirming, decolonized, and radically client-centered spaces, especially for those who have historically felt unseen or misunderstood by traditional systems of care.
