I believe that living a life where you can be your authentic self is possible. Whether this is together as a family seeking deeper and more meaningful ways to connect with one another, or as an individual on a healing journey, it is truly an honor to help facilitate and witness the profound ability we have as humans to shift from surviving life to thriving in it.
More Info About My Practice
I am trained in a variety of relational and trauma models that I use throughout my sessions including Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR and the Trauma Resiliency Model. In addition, I often bring in somatic and mindfulness based practices and tools throughout my sessions.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
It brings me so much joy and gratitude to witness the sacred work my clients do. It is truly an honor to share space with those who show courage and vulnerability to heal their inner pain and discover what it means to find purpose, meaning and compassion within themselves and in the relationships that mean the most to them.
